Step Four — Implementation & Stewardship
  • You get 30 days of implementation support. After that, you can either run the systems in-house or engage Weft Works for ongoing Fractional Executive Stewardship.

The Founder Behind Weft Works

Tanya Egloff is a seasoned operations professional with over 25 years of experience providing high‑level executive stewardship and streamlining administrative workflows in complex, highly regulated environments.

 

As the founder of Weft Works, she serves as a trusted fractional operations partner, helping non‑profit directors and small business founders eliminate administrative bottlenecks by building clear, sustainable everyday systems.

Her background spans clinical research, corporate, and higher education. Most recently, Tanya worked at Philips in business development, supporting senior leadership. Before that, she served as Senior Business Partner to the Vice President of Laboratory Operations at Foundation Medicine, where she managed cross‑functional operations, regulatory compliance, and complex logistical planning across Lab Operations and Supply Chain.

Earlier in her career, Tanya supported the Dean of Research Operations and Global Programs at Harvard Medical School, maintaining strong fiscal oversight while coordinating logistics for major academic conferences and global initiatives. At the Marine Biological Laboratory, she served as an Education Administrator, managing immigration compliance and grant logistics for hundreds of visiting international faculty.

Tanya holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Through Weft Works, she combines rigorous institutional experience with practical, hands‑on execution so leaders can step out of daily administrative drag and focus on scaling their impact.
